Description about tasks and responsibilities
- Analyse material requirements and optimise stock levels
- Issue and follow up purchase orders
- Other administrative tasks assigned
- Contribute to an optimised use of our ERP system and enhancement of working processes
- Supply chain or administrative education (bachelor or master) and/or relevant experience.
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experienced in using ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics AX
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, both verbal and in writing
- Excellent communication skills
- Service minded with excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Self-driven, systematic and with a structured way of working
- Contributor to continuous improvements
